5.1 Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside of a trade, business, craft or profession), you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This cancellation period begins the day after you receive written confirmation of the contract.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement sent to us at the email or postal address provided. You may use the model cancellation form provided by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, but this is not obligatory.

5.2 Cancellation after Work Commences

If you have specifically requested that work commences during the 14-day cancellation period, and you subsequently cancel, you will be required to pay a reasonable amount for services already provided up to the point of cancellation. You will not be charged the full contract value unless work has been fully completed.

5.3 Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone works due to weather conditions, ground conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of any delays as promptly as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative date.

We are committed to providing professional, high-quality workmanship. Unless stated otherwise in your written contract:

We maintain valid public liability insurance and comply with all applicable health and safety legislation. Risk assessments and method statements can be provided upon request prior to commencement of works.

You agree to ensure that our staff have safe and reasonable access to the site during agreed working hours and that any known hazards on your property have been disclosed to us prior to works commencing.
